Associate Data Research Analyst (Financial Data)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with four days in-office each week in most locations.

Base salary: EUR 30,000–40,000 annually, plus a 5% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Collect and process managed investment data using hirify.global collection systems while maintaining coverage, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with global data teams, local business representatives, internal partners, and fund companies.
• Manage data-provider relationships, establish acquisition channels for complex data, and act as an escalation point.
• Meet production deadlines for internal and external clients and take ownership of data-ticket resolution.
• Evaluate procedures, create and enhance analytical tools, and implement process improvement projects using methodologies such as LEAN Six Sigma.
• Translate internal client requests into written specifications and user stories, and improve and document client use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds in a conscientious and inclusive way.
• Client-centric approach.
• Solid understanding of the financial industry and strong interest in investment data.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of data and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
