Service Implementation Specialist

Location: Hybrid role in Barcelona, Spain, with a flexible start time.

Develops a scalable platform used by companies to recover digital revenue and combat counterfeiting, piracy, impersonation, and distribution abuse.

What you will do

• Set up and maintain automated detection profiles based on client needs and brand assets, including trademarks and copyrights.
• Run detection scans and campaigns across the Internet to identify potential infringements.
• Validate the quality and accuracy of initial detection results and ensure only legitimate infringements are flagged.
• Transfer validated infringement data accurately to the Enforcement and Customer teams.
• Meet performance metrics and setup deadlines.

Requirements

• High proficiency in English, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down complex setup problems efficiently.
• Meticulous, highly organized, and attentive to detail.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills for managing setup deadlines.
• Strong interest in Intellectual Property and digital data processing.
• Entry-level profile.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in SaaS platforms, data sets, or complex technical interfaces.
• Foundational knowledge of Intellectual Property rights.
• Prior experience in Brand Protection, Fraud Detection, analyst, or similar roles.
