Junior Revenue Manager - DACH

Location: Remote from Austria, Italy, Portugal, or Spain

OTE compensation: €35,000–€45,000 annually for the Italian market and €40,000–€50,000 annually for the DACH market, including fixed and variable components.

hirify.global is a hospitality technology startup building a SaaS platform that helps lodging providers increase revenue and direct bookings.

What you will do

• Support hotel clients in using the hirify.global platform and provide revenue management consulting.
• Monitor hotel performance, market trends, pricing, and key performance indicators.
• Support pricing and distribution strategies based on data and market insights.
• Help clients adopt platform features and best practices, collaborating with the onboarding team for the Ultra segment.
• Analyze reports, identify opportunities or issues, and contribute to actionable recommendations.
• Build expertise in revenue management, hospitality technology, hotel distribution, and SaaS.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level German is mandatory for work with DACH clients and stakeholders.
• Professional English knowledge is required.
• Degree or academic background in tourism, hospitality management, economics, business, management, data, analytics, or a similar field.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in numbers, data, and KPIs.
• Customer-oriented communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
• Curiosity about technology, proactivity, ownership, and interest in hospitality, hotels, tourism, or travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in a hotel, hospitality, OTA, travel, or similar environment.
• Internship or university experience in revenue management, pricing, distribution, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with PMS, RMS, channel managers, OTAs, or other hospitality technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or other data analysis tools.
