Strategic Senior Analyst (Strategic Analytics)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; hybrid work with a minimum onsite expectation of three days per week. Candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship are not eligible.

What you will do

• Analyze data and emerging technologies to identify opportunities that improve customer experience and profitability in ancillary products.
• Create in-depth analyses and value-added strategies in collaboration with stakeholders and partner teams.
• Create, maintain, and automate reporting to support business optimization.
• Process, manipulate, and study large datasets using Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and R.
• Design, develop, test, and implement new products and solutions.
• Communicate concise insights, recommendations, and visualizations to senior executives and leaders using tools such as Tableau.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, statistics, engineering, computer information systems, or another quantitative or STEM field.
• 3+ years of experience in data, financial, and/or strategic analytics.
• Experience using analysis to create value-added strategies and recommendations that improve organizational performance.
• Strong statistical skills focused on business decision-making and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated SQL and Snowflake skills, with extensive experience developing analysis in Excel.
• Experience managing multiple project streams.
• Strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, initiative, curiosity, intellectual, and detail-oriented skills.
