Senior Data Analyst (Auth0)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, Illinois; New York, New York; Seattle, Washington; or Washington, DC.

Salary: $114,000–$156,200 annual base salary for candidates located in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.

What you will do

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, Snowflake Streamlit applications, and DBT models as the source of truth for the Developer Led Growth organization.
• Translate cross-functional data into clear narratives and recommendations for product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and opportunities, and communicate findings that drive action.
• Own analytics roadmap prioritization, scope requests, challenge unclear requirements, and make transparent tradeoffs.
• Analyze A/B experiments and Developer Led Growth initiatives, and design robust measurement frameworks.
• Automate and scale analytics processes using AI tools, custom SQL, creative approaches, and well-documented DBT models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with DBT, Snowflake, Tableau, and Git.
• Ability to explain complex data findings to both non-technical executives and data engineers, write clearly, listen effectively, and push back when requirements are not properly scoped.
• Experience prioritizing work in a high-demand environment, making reasoning transparent, and aligning stakeholders.
• Creative analytical thinking focused on questioning the problem definition and finding unexpected insights.
• Active daily use of AI tools, including LLM assistants, code tools, or automation, with the ability to explain their practical impact.

• Experience with Python.
• Developer-facing product experience.
• Experience translating developer behavior into product insights.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation design.
• Experience with revenue modeling and forecasting.
