Director of Operations

Location: On-site at hirify.global’s California Branch, 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762. Other listed locations: San Bernardino, CA; Anaheim, CA; Riverside, CA. All positions are on-site.

Salary: $300,000–$375,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide executive-level leadership across warehouse, customer service, and sales operations.
• Build, develop, and lead a team of 700+ employees, including senior leaders.
• Drive operational excellence through data and reporting, identifying improvement opportunities and maintaining service levels.
• Set goals and expectations while reinforcing performance, accountability, and customer-first standards.
• Lead operational audits, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with corporate leaders to align operational strategy with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 15+ years of experience leading large employee teams of 500+ people across multiple functional disciplines.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders.
• Strong background in operational leadership, performance management, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience in B2B or e-commerce environments.
