Strategy & Operations Director, Global Supply Chain Operations

Location: Santa Clara, California; primarily in-office at the Santa Clara, CA office.

Salary: $211,000–$274,000 USD annual base salary, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Establish enterprise-wide strategy execution frameworks, annual operating planning cycles, and OKR tracking across Global Supply Chain Operations.
• Design and lead executive operating systems, including Board of Directors materials, Corporate Operations Reviews, functional QBRs, and Senior Leadership Team offsites.
• Serve as strategic Chief of Staff to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and lead the Joint Chief of Staff network across supply chain divisions.
• Develop organizational communication and stakeholder alignment frameworks for All Hands, Board, and Risk Committee engagements.
• Translate complex supply chain performance metrics into clear executive narratives and decision-ready information.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT to integrate AI workforce strategies, talent management cycles, and organizational health programs into supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Extensive, expert-level experience leading enterprise business operations, strategy execution, Chief of Staff functions, or large-scale operational transformations within a complex, multinational technology or global supply chain environment.
• Proven ability to evaluate abstract organizational variables, establish board-level operating rhythms, and influence corporate policy and decision-making across C-suite and executive leadership teams.
• Outstanding negotiation and executive communication skills.
• Track record of building formal cross-functional networks across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to resolve critical enterprise issues.
• Demonstrated expertise translating emerging enterprise capabilities, including AI workforce enablement and modern strategy execution frameworks, into scalable operating models and measurable business outcomes.
