Director, PSA Operations

Location: Boca Raton, FL; on-site at the Boca Raton facility. Candidates must be able to work legally in the United States.

Salary: $156,163–$188,149 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end on-site production and logistics from pre-arrival through inventory, processing, storage, and outbound shipping; grading is managed by a separate organization.
• Scale operations from thousands to tens of thousands of unique items per year through capacity planning, workflow design, staffing, and technology support.
• Own Safety, Quality, Productivity, Throughput, and service KPIs, establishing operating mechanisms and review cadences across teams.
• Plan and coordinate production, translate priorities into executable multi-team work plans, and manage actions affecting multi-department budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardize scalable processes, reduce variability, and improve throughput, efficiency, quality, and turnaround times.
• Lead managers across integrated departments, develop leaders and teams, manage site risks, and partner with Product, Engineering, Facilities, Customer Support, and Sales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of operational and leadership experience, including proven results in Operations as a GM or Director of Operations in light manufacturing, warehousing, or fulfillment-center environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business performance in production, logistics, and quality excellence.
• Experience designing and implementing processes that improve consistency, speed, quality, and customer-care delivery at scale.
• Ability to translate annual priorities and objectives into a local operating plan focused on streamlining product delivery and turnaround times and increasing product quality standards.
• Collaborative, change-management-oriented leadership style with the ability to move with urgency and empower leaders to deliver at scale.
• Continuous improvement experience, including observing, recommending, testing, and implementing process changes that consistently increase quality and efficiency.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into a local operating plan, improve turnaround times, and elevate product quality standards.
• Data-driven and process-focused approach, continuous improvement orientation, and decisiveness in ambiguous situations with diverse stakeholder needs.
