Salary: $133,500.00–$183,500.00 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute an internship strategy aligned with business, workforce, and early talent priorities.
• Build a scalable global framework balancing enterprise consistency with regional needs, and align internship demand with graduate hiring forecasts and critical skills.
• Own the full program lifecycle from pre-boarding through completion, including planning, timelines, resources, budgets, processes, communications, and operational readiness.
• Design intern development experiences, meaningful business-aligned projects, feedback processes, and inclusive engagement activities.
• Standardize evaluations and talent identification, track conversion and retention outcomes, and support university recruiting events, virtual events, and webinars.
• Manage stakeholder alignment, program KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, executive reporting, compliance, operational risk, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, early career programs, or enterprise program management, including 5+ years leading internship, early career, or complex cross-functional programs.
• Knowledge of university recruiting, early career workforce planning, and intern conversion strategies.
• Proven success designing and scaling programs across business units and regions.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience using data and analytics to assess performance and guide decisions.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, relationship management, and influencing skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Ability to travel to Applied sites and university campuses to support intern programs and campus recruiting events.

Nice to have

• Experience leading global or multi-regional internship programs in a technology, engineering, manufacturing, or semiconductor organization.
• Experience with talent development, onboarding, mentoring, engagement, and change management.
• Familiarity with talent acquisition technology, HR systems, surveys, and reporting dashboards.
• Financial acumen in budgeting, resource planning, and ROI measurement.
• Project management or human resources certification.
