Senior Manager, Field Recruiting

Location: New York, New York, United States; onsite.

Base salary: $150,000–$185,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, commission, and Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Lead the field recruiting strategy and team, aligning hiring priorities, recruiter capacity, and resources with staffing needs across locations.
• Partner with Operations and People leaders to anticipate demand from turnover, seasonality, and growth, and translate workforce plans into proactive hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines for hourly frontline roles and salaried field leaders through local sourcing, referrals, community partnerships, and candidate reengagement.
• Drive recruiting automation across outreach, screening, scheduling, and follow-up to reduce manual work, accelerate hiring, and improve candidate engagement.
• Establish repeatable processes from application through start date, with hirify.global ownership and handoffs across Recruiting, hiring managers, and onboarding partners.
• Use funnel and staffing data to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion, address hiring risks, and coach a high-performing recruiting team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including leading teams responsible for high-volume hourly hiring and salaried field leadership roles across geographically dispersed operations.
• Experience building proactive recruiting strategies and consistent talent pipelines across markets with different hiring needs and labor dynamics.
• Experience implementing recruiting technology and automation to improve speed, capacity, and candidate experience.
• Experience designing scalable processes with hirify.global accountability and effective partnerships across Recruiting, People, and Operations.
• Ability to use recruiting funnel, workforce, and market data to anticipate gaps, diagnose problems, and drive measurable improvements.
• Experience developing high-performing teams while balancing urgent staffing needs with longer-term improvements to hiring operations.
