Head of Product (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Set product strategy across hirify.global’s portfolio by connecting customer needs, market opportunities, and technical strengths to focused priorities.
• Engage with customers through calls and support and sales conversations to understand problems behind feature requests.
• Partner with Engineering to turn complex security challenges into intuitive, technically sound products, including requirements, success metrics, and technical trade-offs.
• Make prioritization decisions across customer commitments, support escalations, reliability, new opportunities, and engineering capacity.
• Own customer outcomes by defining expected impact, validating assumptions, and using adoption data and feedback to guide decisions.
• Partner with Sales on positioning, demos, launches, roadmap communication, and the continued growth of the product function.

Requirements

• Senior product leadership experience with a track record of taking complex products from strategy through launch and learning from results.
• Experience building for developers, security teams, or other technical users, ideally in security, infrastructure, or B2B software.
• Technical fluency, including the ability to evaluate architecture and implementation trade-offs and earn engineers’ trust.
• Strong product judgment, including prioritizing important problems, setting boundaries, and making decisions with incomplete information.
• Understanding of how customer value translates into business results and how technical products are evaluated, adopted, and expanded within organizations.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining complex problems, documenting decisions, and clarifying priorities.
• A hands-on approach to building structure where needed, working without an established playbook, and moving quickly while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with software supply chain security, application security, vulnerability management, or developer tooling.
• Experience building a product function at an early-stage company while continuing to ship.
