ATR – Internship 2027 - Operational Excellence & Digital Transformation

Location: Toulouse Area, with the internship site in Blagnac, France. On-site internship starting between January and April 2027 for 6 months.

What you will do

• Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Map workflows, formalize existing processes, and identify root causes of recurring issues.
• Propose, coordinate, and monitor corrective action plans with stakeholders.
• Define performance indicators and develop management dashboards.
• Contribute to digital solutions using Excel, Power BI, Power Platform, collaborative tools, and generative AI.
• Document operational processes, support change management, and present recommendations and results to teams and management.

Requirements

• Final-year Master's degree student in engineering, business, or a related university program.
• Specialization in continuous improvement, business transformation, supply chain, data analytics, or project management.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and VBA.
• First experience with Power BI report development is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, synthesis, and communication skills; curiosity, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken, are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power Platform and data analytics tools.
