Marketplace Performance Intern (E-commerce)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid model with typically 2 remote days per week

What you will do

• Improve business performance, seller engagement, and seller experience through data analysis and data models.
• Collaborate with the Head of Seller Success to identify seller trends and opportunities.
• Monitor daily KPIs to track marketplace growth.
• Analyze the impact of strategic decisions on incremental revenue, cannibalization, and profitability.
• Communicate analytical results and deployment strategies to other teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic and commercial thinking, attention to detail, and a critical mindset.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills required.
