ATR - Internship 2027 - Process, Methods & Tools Transformation

What you will do

• Help implement a Process, Methods & Tools framework for harmonizing practices, standardizing processes, and supporting Operations digital transformation.
• Review existing diagnostics and process maps, then structure processes, methods, tools, and associated responsibilities.
• Contribute to the PMT repository and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and digitalization.
• Support prioritization of initiatives within the Operations & Procurement roadmap.
• Facilitate workshops with business teams and implement pilot use cases in logistics, scheduling, and planning.

Requirements

• Final-year engineering or Master’s degree student, equivalent to Bac+5.
• Specialization in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong interest in process improvement and digital tools.
• Analytical and organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to work effectively with operational teams.
• Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization, automation, or digitalization tools such as Power BI, Power Platform, or SAP.
