B2B Sales & Care – Business Analyst Intern

What you will do

• Create and maintain reporting for B2B group booking performance, analyzing signed opportunities, conversion rates, pipeline value, YTD, YoY, and target performance.
• Monitor performance across markets, countries, hotels, segments, event types, group sizes, projects, and team populations.
• Develop actionable insights, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau and other reporting tools.
• Analyze and document sales and customer care processes, identifying opportunities to automate, simplify, standardize, and improve customer experience.
• Support B2B opportunity qualification, treatment, and conversion while identifying lost, delayed, or under-converted opportunities.
• Participate in cross-functional projects with Sales, IT, Data, Hotels, and other stakeholders; prepare presentations, recommendations, action plans, and process documentation.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and an interest in data analysis.
• Comfort working with large datasets and identifying patterns or inconsistencies.
• Interest in BI and visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
• Ability to structure and present data clearly and meaningfully.
• Comfort preparing PowerPoint presentations and communicating insights visually.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in business analysis, data analysis, consulting, sales, or project management.
