CSA Package Lead

Location: Portugal; onsite

What you will do

• Lead site safety activities, promote compliance with construction safety and environmental plans, conduct audits, and review method statements, SPAs, permits, and risk controls.
• Coordinate contractors’ day-to-day activities, weekly meetings, four-week lookahead planning, workface planning, interfaces, and commissioning handover.
• Monitor quality through daily inspections, testing, QIR reporting, technical RFIs, submittals, samples, first-of-kind approvals, test packs, and system walkdowns.
• Manage construction documentation, IFC red-line mark-ups, project filing, punch lists, close-out, and turnover of systems.
• Monitor contract scope, pricing, manpower, sequencing, variations, claims, additional costs, and commercially significant contractor correspondence.

Requirements

• Degree education or an exceptionally strong trades background.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Experience on life science, mission critical, or similarly complex projects.
• At least 15 years of construction and/or mechanical experience, including at least 10 years of site experience.
