IT System Administrator

Location: Hemau and Ketzin, Germany; on-site IT support is required at production centers. Relocation support to Germany is available and includes visa assistance.

What you will do

• Provide business-critical in-house IT support to end users at automotive production centers.
• Onboard new starters and offboard leavers, including hardware and software configuration across multiple platforms.
• Document incidents and requests and manage the key ticketing system.
• Act as the on-site IT contact in Ketzin and Hemau and set up, maintain, and troubleshoot local IT equipment and infrastructure.
• Train colleagues on IT systems, tools, and best practices.
• Develop Corporate IT infrastructure and implement process improvements with local teams and Corporate IT.

Requirements

• Junior and mid-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• A German driver's license.
• Service-oriented approach and ability to work as a team player.
• Self-reliant working style, confidence, independence, and the ability to maintain an overview and high standards in a fast-paced environment.
