Founder’s Associate Intern/Working Student (IT & Automation)

What you will do

• Manage onboarding and offboarding, configure devices and accounts, resolve IT issues, and maintain the office network.
• Improve SaaS administration, access permissions, device security, and IT processes as the company scales.
• Identify repetitive tasks and build automated workflows that reduce manual work and errors.
• Develop practical internal tools using AI-assisted coding, Python, APIs, and low-code platforms.
• Integrate Microsoft 365, Slack, and other SaaS platforms to improve information flow.
• Test and deploy AI agents and automation tools, owning projects from initial idea through rollout and improvement.

Requirements

• Interest in IT operations, automation, internal tools, and AI applications.
• Ability or willingness to work with Python, APIs, SaaS platforms, and low-code tools.
• Readiness to work on-site from the Munich office.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and collaborate closely with the CTO and founders.
