Lucanet, a global SaaS company providing financial management and reporting solutions to more than 6,000 companies worldwide, is looking for a Talent Solutions Manager (L&D) to join its People & Organization team.

This is not a traditional L&D role. It combines knowledge management, learning platform administration, AI enablement and People project management.

What you’ll do:

— Own and continuously improve the company’s Confluence knowledge base, ensuring content is accurate, accessible and structured for AI tools
— Develop a knowledge management roadmap and address gaps identified by Spark, the company’s internal AI assistant
— Manage the Sana learning management system (LMS), including users, content, dashboards and technical support
— Guide knowledge contributors and LMS stakeholders on content ownership and maintenance
— Identify skill gaps and recurring challenges, then develop relevant learning solutions
— Lead cross-functional People projects in collaboration with People Business Partners and other stakeholders
— Support the development of AI-powered knowledge management processes

What they’re looking for:

— Hands-on experience managing a knowledge base, wiki or company intranet
— Experience administering an LMS or knowledge management system, including users, content and reporting
— Practical experience using AI tools and an interest in AI-powered knowledge management
— Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
— Ability to structure complex information into clear, accessible content
— A systems-thinking mindset, ownership and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
— Experience with Sana is a plus
— Generalist HR experience is an advantage
