Sr Learning & Development Specialist

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid setup with the option to work from home two days a week.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve cultural and functional onboarding across headquarters and international markets.
• Facilitate inclusive in-person and virtual onboarding and learning sessions for diverse audiences.
• Design and update learning content, activities, and resources aligned with company values, leadership expectations, and business priorities.
• Manage global learning programmes and rollouts, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, facilitators, materials, communications, and follow-up.
• Improve and automate onboarding communications through Slack and email while reducing manual processes.
• Track participation, completion, satisfaction, and learning impact, using data to recommend improvements and support DIB initiatives and ERGs.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience coordinating learning and development, onboarding, training, or employee-experience programmes end to end.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including coordination across multiple workstreams, countries, and stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual learning sessions for diverse audiences.
• Experience designing practical learning content based on learning objectives and business needs.
• Experience applying Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging principles or supporting ERGs, mentoring programmes, and inclusion initiatives.
• Professional fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience tracking learning metrics, identifying insights, and recommending improvements.
• Experience automating communications or operational processes through Slack, email, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting global learning rollouts across different markets, cultures, and audiences.
• Familiarity with learning platforms, content-creation tools, and digital collaboration solutions.
• Understanding of inclusive learning design and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles.
