Talent & Development Partner (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; the Vilnius office follows a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. Workspaces are also available in Klaipėda and Riga, with arrangements depending on the specific position.

Salary: €5,000–€6,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Partner with leaders and People Partners to identify capability gaps and align learning priorities with business strategy.
• Design leadership development, coaching, internal academies, internship initiatives, and practical manager programs.
• Redesign and own onboarding frameworks and learning paths with clear 30/60/90-day expectations.
• Work with the AI Transformation team to turn AI ambitions into everyday skills, habits, and learning practices.
• Map current and future skills, measure learning and onboarding effectiveness, and improve programs using data and feedback.
• Manage the L&D budget and external learning partners while expanding ownership of performance management and development planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning, talent, or leadership development, ideally in a fast-moving organization.
• Business acumen and the ability to connect learning initiatives with commercial and strategic goals.
• Hands-on experience implementing coaching frameworks and leadership development programs.
• Strong project management, judgment, data analysis, and ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives.
• Confidence working with and constructively challenging senior leaders, plus the ability to build scalable solutions from a blank page.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with experience managing L&D budgets and external vendors.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance management, talent reviews, or succession planning.
