L&D and Engagement Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Athens, Attica, Greece; hybrid workplace.

What you will do

• Manage and continuously develop LMS/LXP platforms, including content curation, learning-path setup, user management, reporting, analytics, and adoption.
• Promote digital and self-directed learning and recommend improvements based on usage, engagement, and learning-impact data.
• Design and improve learning journeys for onboarding, leadership, technical, soft, AI, and digital skills across different audiences, roles, and career stages.
• Coordinate the annual L&D plan, external providers, training budget, participation records, costs, and expenses.
• Design and deliver workshops, webinars, e-learning, videos, microlearning, and blended programs; maintain training materials and review trainer content.
• Design and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and partner with HR Business Partners and business teams to address team needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Learning & Development role, ideally in technology, financial services, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience managing learning platforms such as LMS/LXP and designing learning programs or journeys.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Tech-savvy, with an interest in digital and AI-powered learning tools.

Nice to have

• An MSc in Human Resources, Training & Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience with instructional design or e-learning authoring tools.
• Ability to define problems and identify root causes.
• Ability to build strong relationships across all organisational levels.
• Openness to feedback and ability to lead feedback conversations.
