Location: Hybrid options, with remote work allowed within the EU. The primary office location is Hamburg, Germany.

What you will do

• Drive technical integration projects of terminal hardware into software for customers.
• Plan, analyze requirements, and implement challenging customer projects.
• Advise on technical issues and application problems.
• Independently plan projects and schedules.
• Coordinate tasks and guide colleagues informally on a technical level.

Requirements

• Completed studies in a technical or scientific field.
• Technical affinity and experience with computer networks.
• Experience in direct customer contact and advisory roles.
• Troubleshooting experience.
• Fluency in German and very good English skills (C1).
• High sense of ownership and reliability.
