Terminal Consultant (Terminal Hardware Integration)

Location: Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, or Stuttgart, Germany; hybrid work with remote options within the EU.

What you will do

• Integrate terminal hardware with hirify.global workforce management software.
• Plan customer projects, analyze requirements, and implement technical solutions.
• Advise customers on technical issues and application problems.
• Provide troubleshooting support, including issues related to computer networks.
• Plan projects and schedules independently while coordinating technical tasks within the team.
• Travel regularly to customer assignments, with remote work options.

Requirements

• Completed studies in a technical or scientific field are preferred.
• Technical affinity and experience with computer networks.
• Experience with and interest in direct customer contact, ideally in an advisory role.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
• Fluent German and very good English skills are required.
• Strong ownership, reliability, and the ability to guide colleagues technically and support decisions with well-founded recommendations.
