Finance System Admin - Senior Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Administer Workday Financials, including user access, roles, approval workflows, configurations, and reports.
• Maintain vendor, customer, chart-of-accounts, and worktag master data consistently across systems.
• Support integrations between Workday, banking systems, and crypto tooling, and provide first-line support for finance, treasury, and accounting.
• Support Workday migration activities, including data validation, cutover, hypercare, and UAT for system changes.
• Support period close through journal-posting checks, reconciliation extracts, and reporting; maintain runbooks, SOPs, and user guides.
• Use AI tools and document reusable automations for data cleaning, report generation, ticket triage, and other repetitive finance operations; support audits through access reviews, segregation-of-duties checks, and change logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance operations, systems administration, or ERP support.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data cleaning and cross-checking.
• Experience building AI-assisted automations or low-code workflows with LLMs.
• Detail-oriented, process-minded approach and clear written communication.
• Genuine interest in crypto and blockchain.

Nice to have

• Workday Financials exposure or certification.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Xero.
• SQL or scripting experience with Python, Zapier, or Make.
• Crypto operations tooling or digital-asset accounting experience.
