Senior Trader (FX, Digital Assets & Treasury)

What you will do

• Execute multi-asset trades across FX, digital assets, fixed income, and global trading corridors with strict risk discipline.
• Build and manage the OTC book, identify trading opportunities, and implement execution strategies focused on risk-adjusted returns.
• Manage real-time FX and digital asset exposures, hedging, and inventory positioning across more than 30 currencies.
• Own intraday and end-of-day treasury operations across banks, OTC desks, exchanges, and digital wallets, improving capital efficiency and yield capture.
• Expand and manage liquidity-provider and OTC-counterparty networks, including partner onboarding, pricing benchmarks, and resilience across trading corridors.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial teams on settlement, transaction monitoring, and business development while applying AI tools and automation to reporting, market analysis, and treasury forecasts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in FX, OTC execution, treasury, or liquidity management at a buy-side or sell-side institution, bank, broker, crypto firm, or fintech.
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard trading software and financial data platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal.
• Strong knowledge of global financial markets, including G20 and emerging-market FX, fixed income products, derivatives, and digital assets.
• Active familiarity with AI tools and automation methods for workflow optimization, operational problem-solving, and scaling desk capacity.
• Strong quantitative skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Strong risk fundamentals and the ability to make fast, well-calibrated decisions in live markets.
• Clear, confident communication skills for partner discussions, a bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on digital asset trading experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or building custom trading and treasury tools.
• A strong foundation in market dynamics, passion for digital assets, and capacity to learn are valued even when every qualification is not met.
