Senior Trader (FX & Digital Assets)

What you will do

• Execute multi-asset trades across G20 and emerging-market FX, digital assets, and fixed income across global corridors.
• Build and manage the OTC book, develop execution strategies, and source trading opportunities while maintaining strict risk discipline.
• Manage real-time FX and digital asset exposures across more than 30 currencies, including hedging and inventory positioning.
• Own intraday and end-of-day treasury operations across banks, OTC desks, exchanges, and digital wallets to improve capital efficiency and yield.
• Manage liquidity-provider and OTC-counterparty relationships, including partner onboarding, pricing benchmarks, and resilience across trading corridors.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial teams on settlement flows, transaction monitoring, and business development; use AI tools and automation for reporting, market analysis, and treasury forecasts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in FX, OTC execution, treasury, or liquidity management at a buy-side or sell-side institution, bank, broker, crypto firm, or fintech.
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard trading software and financial data platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal.
• Solid knowledge of global financial markets, including G20 and emerging-market FX, fixed income products, derivatives, and digital assets.
• Active familiarity with AI tools and automation methods for improving workflows, solving operational challenges, and scaling desk capacity.
• Strong quantitative ability and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong risk fundamentals and the ability to make quick, well-calibrated decisions in fast-moving markets.
• Clear, confident communication skills for partner discussions, a bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on experience trading digital assets.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or building custom trading and treasury tools.
• A strong foundation in market dynamics, passion for digital assets, adaptability, and capacity to learn are valued even when every listed requirement is not met.
