Clearing Operations Analyst (Digital Assets)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: USD 90,000–100,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Support daily clearing and custody operations, including digital asset transactions, wallet operations, liquidity management, and fund movements.
• Assist with staking activities and other digital asset operational processes.
• Perform crypto and fiat reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and help resolve operational exceptions.
• Monitor daily operations, escalate issues, and maintain adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain operational records, support reporting and audits, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, clearing, settlement, custody, or digital asset operations.
• Understanding of blockchain technology, digital asset transactions, and on-chain fund movements.
• Familiarity with digital asset custody, wallet operations, and operational processes.
• Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to support time-sensitive operations outside regular business hours when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in a cryptocurrency exchange environment.
• Experience with financial, digital asset, or fiat reconciliation.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency staking and related operational processes.
