Senior Associate, Control Tower & Service Delivery (Logistics)

What you will do

• Ensure service delivery for high-profile control tower customers across APAC regional origins, including order management and booking management.
• Maintain customer account documentation, including SOPs, instructions, vendor manuals, contact lists, and routing guides.
• Train, coach, and guide internal stakeholders and operators on customer processes and deliverables.
• Monitor operational and process performance against agreed SLAs, establish KPI visibility with data analysts, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Identify performance gaps and risks, coordinate CAPA with country teams, and escalate system, resource, and facility issues.
• Drive customer performance reviews, improvement initiatives, value engineering, revenue management, onboarding planning, and product feedback with destination, business development, implementation, product, and technology teams.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ocean carrier operations, or consulting.

Nice to have

• Ocean freight knowledge.
