Project & Program Management III (AI)

Location: Fremont, California, with remote options in Colorado, Virginia, California, and Massachusetts; willingness to work across multiple North American time zones remotely or from the local client office is required.

Salary: $80,640–$134,400 USD gross base pay annually; excludes bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Manage multiple cross-functional technical network deployment projects across initiation, planning, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
• Coordinate network engineers, data center technicians, internal customers, functional teams, vendor partners, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, requirements, scope, documentation, training materials, and delivery timelines.
• Manage assets, materials, resources, milestones, change control, risks, metrics, KPIs, and status reporting.
• Lead project meetings, resolve gaps across teams, and support process improvements and risk mitigation.
• Evaluate post-project results against metrics and recommend changes to improve delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year college or university and 2–5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of project management experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, preferably supporting data centers or network hardware.
• At least 2 years of experience with data center lifecycles and/or large-scale networks.
• Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships, exercise judgment within defined procedures, resolve conflicts, and meet schedule timelines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and documentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments concurrently and learn new tools, processes, and technologies with minimal assistance.
• Experience creating spreadsheets, presentation materials, and project or process documentation.
• Strong observational and analytical skills, including collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information; tracking and reporting metrics; maintaining accuracy and attention to detail; and managing risks.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project updates to client executives.
• Willingness to work across multiple North American time zones remotely or from the local client office.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PPM, CPD, or CPMP.
• Understanding of the OSI model.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
