Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Seattle, WA; onsite work associated with the Seattle office.

Base salary: $130,000–$220,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development of AI-powered applications and services from early prototypes through production deployment.
• Partner directly with the CPO to explore, prototype, and validate new product opportunities.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations across paid media systems for enterprise workflows.
• Develop rapid prototypes, gather feedback, and turn promising technical approaches into scalable solutions.
• Make technical decisions across the stack while balancing speed, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and AI research teams to integrate emerging AI capabilities and build reliable connections to external APIs and systems.

Requirements

• Exceptional technical ability and a demonstrated record of building and shipping software, regardless of years of professional experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to design, develop, and deploy solutions across the stack.
• Experience working with APIs, integrating external services, and building reliable connections between systems.
• Ability to move quickly from ambiguous technical problems to working solutions.
• Resourceful, independent approach to engineering challenges, with high agency and strong ownership.
• Ability to make technical decisions and execute without extensive direction.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and excitement for building software that pushes the boundaries of what is possible.
• Evidence of exceptional ability through projects, applications, or other software built.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with paid media technologies, advertising workflows, or marketing technology integrations.
• Experience building applications with LLMs, AI agents, or other emerging AI technologies.
• Experience building and launching software from the ground up through personal projects, startups, or professional work.
