TL;DR

Senior Java Developer (Java/Microservices): Designing and maintaining scalable cloud-based back-end services and RESTful integrations with an accent on Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and application reliability. Focus on integrating external systems, solving scalability and performance challenges, and ensuring code quality through testing and engineering best practices.

What you will do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with external systems and services.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions from business requirements.
Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Write and maintain unit tests and collaborate in an agile, multicultural environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer.
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
Solid experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications.
Hands-on experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and external services.
Experience with Git and version control best practices.
Proficiency in English for speaking and reading.
Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Familiarity with AI Spec-Driven Development and AI-assisted software development practices.
Experience working with agile methodologies.
Ability to contribute to technical discussions and support knowledge sharing.
