Java Developer (Spring & SQL)

What you will do

• Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable back-end solutions using Java 21 and the Spring ecosystem.
• Design and optimize advanced SQL queries, particularly with PostgreSQL.
• Apply software development best practices, including CI/CD, microservices, unit testing, and versioning.
• Work in Agile environments using Jira, Confluence, and ALM.
• Use cloud platforms and containerization technologies, including Docker.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to Business Analysis activities.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience, including experience building scalable back-end solutions.
• Strong expertise in Java 21 and deep knowledge of the Spring ecosystem.
• Advanced SQL skills, particularly with PostgreSQL.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies, including Docker.
• Interest in hybrid technical-functional responsibilities, including Business Analysis activities.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data governance, data management, or third-party data integration.
• Knowledge of French.
