Cash Collection Specialist with French

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.

What you will do

• Identify outstanding balances, collect due receivables, and initiate follow-up and collection activities.
• Investigate and report aged receivables and bad debt positions.
• Manage B2B stakeholder relationships, negotiate with customers, and build long-term business relationships by phone and email.
• Prepare ad hoc, daily, and monthly reports and forecasts.
• Resolve unallocated cash and obtain remittance advice from clients.
• Improve collection processes using previous experience and acquired knowledge.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English and French.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• University degree, preferably in finance or economics, or a recognized accounting qualification.
• Practical knowledge of Excel.
• Attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of any additional language.
• Previous experience in an SSC or BPO company.
