Senior Manager, Creator Commerce (TikTok Shop & Trybe)

Location: Remote - US; 100% remote working environment, with in-person team meetups.

Base salary: $115,000.00–$130,000.00 per year, plus performance bonus and stock option allocation for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Own and scale the TikTok Shop program, including its P&L, storefront, merchandising, catalog and inventory synchronization, promotions, pricing, and conversion strategy.
• Manage TikTok Shop agencies and creator/affiliate operations, including recruitment, onboarding, outreach, incentives, product seeding, relationship management, and performance accountability.
• Lead LIVE commerce strategy, including scheduling, host and creator selection, production costs, and post-stream performance analysis.
• Track GMV, affiliate GMV, creator-level conversion, commissions, margin, and investment efficiency to forecast performance and reallocate spend.
• Own the Trybe creator community, including onboarding, engagement, VIP and retainer programs, compensation structures, content approvals, and creator retention.
• Identify and lead hirify.global's expansion into new and emerging creator-commerce channels, from strategy through execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience running and scaling a TikTok Shop with ownership of P&L, GMV, and affiliate growth.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of TikTok Shop creator and affiliate programs, including commission structures, product seeding, and LIVE commerce.
• Experience owning a P&L and balancing commission, seeding, agency, and production spend against margin and growth targets.
• Experience building and running creator or affiliate communities at scale, including tiered, VIP, and retainer programs.
• Strong agency management experience, including evaluating, negotiating with, and holding external partners accountable for performance.
• Ability to interpret paid media and content performance data, coach creators, and make content approval decisions.
• Excellent negotiation skills with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Highly analytical, with fluency in GMV, TAC/CAC, and conversion metrics and the judgment to prioritize high-leverage opportunities.
• General-manager mindset, ownership of outcomes end to end, ability to move quickly in a changing platform environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting program performance to leadership.
