Affiliate Program Coordinator - TikTok Shop

Location: Remote from Manila or Serbia; partial overlap with US business hours required.

What you will do

• Coordinate high-volume, repeatable tasks for the TikTok Shop creator affiliate program.
• Support Affiliate Managers with creator-program workflows and SKU activation.
• Enter and maintain records in CRM and database tools, performing data quality checks.
• Flag blockers, open questions, low-stock alerts, and other operational issues proactively.
• Follow established SOPs, maintain turnaround commitments, and suggest process improvements.
• Build knowledge of TikTok Shop mechanics, creator workflows, and ecommerce operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, or program support.
• High proficiency in English for written communication with the US-based team and external creators.
• Experience with CRM or database tools, including data entry, record maintenance, and quality checks.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in high-volume, fast-paced work.
• Availability for partial overlap with US business hours and reliable internet connectivity.
• Comfort with Excel and the required work-from-home equipment, including dual monitors, a headset, webcam, and wired internet with at least 10 Mbps.

Nice to have

• Experience with creator, influencer, or affiliate marketing programs.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, including platform navigation, affiliate setup, and content tagging.
• Experience with ecommerce operations such as marketplace fulfillment, inventory coordination, or order management.
• Experience with Circle, Grin, Impact, or similar creator CRM platforms.
• Experience working in distributed teams or offshore operations supporting a US-based business.
