Senior GTM FP&A Analyst (SaaS)

What you will do

• Support annual operating planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting for Sales, Marketing, and Growth teams, including headcount, commissions, and operating expenses.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly budget-versus-actual analysis, explain performance drivers, and partner with business owners.
• Prepare monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews, board-level metrics, Marketing metrics packs, and executive KPI packages.
• Build and maintain capacity-planning and partner-pathway models, self-serve dashboards, and real-time GTM metric visibility.
• Analyze Marketing spend efficiency and ROI, including CAC by channel and campaign or pipeline attribution.
• Support GTM investment business cases and track realized ROI while aligning Finance, Accounting, and Sales Operations stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of FP&A experience; direct GTM Finance experience in SaaS is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Pigment, Anaplan, or comparable planning tools, plus familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Prior experience in SaaS FP&A, management consulting, or a comparable background connecting financial and operational metrics.
• Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel or Sheets modeling experience.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, Sales Efficiency, NDR, and CAC payback.
• Curiosity about AI and automation in FP&A workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn complex analysis into concise executive messaging.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional relationships and drive alignment without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Experience working across time zones and geographies or meaningful international exposure.
• Direct GTM Finance experience in SaaS.
