Adjunct Instructor (Business Law)

Location: Prairie View, Texas, United States; onsite, part-time faculty position teaching in Spring 2026.

What you will do

• Teach up to two Business Law courses in Spring 2026.
• Keep academic records, post midterm and final grades, and submit attendance reports.
• Mentor students and maintain scheduled office hours.
• Perform other duties assigned by the department head.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accrediting institution.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Two years of teaching experience at a four-year college or university.
• J.D. degree from an accrediting institution is also listed as preferred education.
