Part Time Real Estate Instructor (Superior)

Location: Raleigh, NC, US; hybrid work with instruction in an onsite classroom and via Zoom.

What you will do

• Teach assigned pre-licensing, continuing education, and post-licensing courses according to the course plan.
• Deliver instruction in classroom and online settings, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Engage students, answer questions, provide real-world examples, and recommend strategies for meeting course objectives.
• Use webinar and livestreaming technology for online instruction.
• Participate in faculty curriculum and ad-hoc meetings.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.
• Active North Carolina real estate license as a salesperson or broker.
• State approval to teach pre-licensing, continuing education, and post-licensing courses.
• Ability to instruct in an onsite classroom and via Zoom.
• Flexibility to teach weekend and evening classes.
• Computer with an HD camera and microphone.
• Quiet, dedicated office space with a strong internet connection.
• Strong understanding of webinar and livestreaming technology and online instruction.

Nice to have

• DREI certification.
• Previous instruction and/or training experience.
