Associate or Full Professor & Assistant Dean - COB (Business Education)

Location: Commerce, Texas, with required work from both the Dallas and Commerce campuses; travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead and manage College of Business graduate programs.
• Support graduate program scheduling, implementation, development, assurance of learning, and alignment with college policies.
• Maintain AACSB standards and vision across graduate programs.
• Teach two courses per long semester and perform scholarly activity and service consistent with rank.
• Work with the College of Business Dean, Graduate School leadership and staff, department heads, and graduate advisors on program operations and course staffing.
• Build community relationships to support graduate enrollment, supervise faculty and staff, and participate in committees and college initiatives.

Requirements

• Terminal degree in a relevant business field from a university with an AACSB-accredited business program aligned with one or more of the graduate degree programs.
• Peer-reviewed journal publications within the last five years sufficient to maintain AACSB Scholarly Academic status and support an R2 research university.
• Ability to qualify as graduate faculty.
• Experience teaching both online and face-to-face graduate courses.
• Ability to fulfill the responsibilities of a full-time, nine-month, tenured position at the Associate or Full Professor rank.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and/or implementing graduate programs.
• Current rank of Associate or Full Professor.
• Previous experience with assurance of learning.
