Program Manager, Expert

Location: Hybrid in Fresno, California, US; ability to travel up to 50% of working time

Annual salary range: $123,000–$197,000, with a $160,000 midpoint

What you will do

• Manage program implementation and operations for the Undergrounding program.
• Lead complex or midsize projects, identify partners and technologies, manage department expense budgets, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Analyze complex data models, prepare customized reports, present findings, and make recommendations to management.
• Apply expertise across civil, electrical, and construction management disciplines, including construction planning and yard development.
• Compile and interpret drawings and data for RFP and contract processes, including renegotiating contractor scope when needed.
• Provide guidance on regulatory, compliance, quality assurance, and contract drafting matters while mentoring less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of working time.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a job-related discipline or equivalent experience.
