Technical Consultant - Fixed-Term (12 Months)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex enterprise data management programs.
• Provide consulting, solution architecture, product implementation, and technical problem-solving for hirify.global Platform deployments.
• Manage program roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Build relationships with enterprise customers, executive stakeholders, global system integrators, and software vendors.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, partner, sales, and delivery teams to create tailored solutions and prioritize customer feedback.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience managing and delivering complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise programs in data management, cloud, or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, data virtualization, analytics, SQL, APIs, and modern hybrid or multi-cloud data architecture.
• Experience with program delivery methodologies such as PMI-PMP, SAFe, Agile, or PRINCE2.
• Excellent communication, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
