What you will do

• Design and develop eLearning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, classroom materials, and digital simulations for front-line workgroups.
• Analyze performance data, Job Task Analyses, and Gap Analyses to define user goals, learning objectives, and delivery modalities.
• Manage moderately complex instructional design projects, including timelines, media production, video and audio scripting, and stakeholder reviews.
• Administer and maintain Learning Management System content, including course uploads, testing, course structures, archiving, and operational best practices.
• Facilitate formal and informal reviews, lead Train-the-Trainer sessions, and hand off training deliverables to delivery teams.
• Research e-learning technologies, gamification, and mobile-ready trends while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience applying adult learning principles in instructional design, training development, or e-learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning, Curriculum Design, Education, Communications, or a related discipline, or an additional two years of professional training or experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, or Articulate Rise 360.
• Experience administering and managing course trees and content in a Learning Management System.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities for balancing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Collaborative, adaptable, proactive, and effective at stakeholder engagement, peer mentoring, problem-solving, and maintaining high-quality learning outcomes.

Nice to have

• Graphic creation or Photoshop experience.
• Video screencasting, simulation design, or gamification experience.
• Professional certifications in Instructional Design.
