Technical Training Professional (AI)

Location: Lake Oswego, Oregon or Westminster, Colorado; in-office at least 4 days per week. Requires 5–10% travel.

Salary: $78,400–$107,900 per year, with bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Design and develop training content for major construction technology product launches.
• Record, edit, and produce eLearning and Virtual Instructor-Led Training content.
• Use Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and AI authoring tools to create interactive learning materials.
• Define learning objectives, performance outcomes, and evaluation strategies.
• Collaborate with learning services, product managers, program managers, and subject matter experts.
• Package training modules and manage content in learning systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Adult Education, Instructional Systems Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional experience in instructional design and video production, preferably in a software or technology environment.
• Expertise with Camtasia, Articulate Rise, and Articulate Storyline.
• Ability to establish learning objectives and evaluative strategies.
• Strong communication, organization, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in-office at least 4 days per week in Lake Oswego or Westminster.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Learning Management System administration experience, such as Docebo.
• Knowledge of streaming audio and video, compression methods, and file formats.
• Technical writing and Google Workspace experience.
• Construction industry experience.
