Manager, FinOps, RevOps & Finance Systems

Location: United States — Remote. Employees based in San Francisco, New York, and Bangalore are expected to work from the office at least 40% of the time; additional in-office requirements may apply depending on the role, team, and business needs.

Base salary: $160,000–$200,000 USD per year, excluding commission, equity, and benefits. Compensation may be adjusted based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location; candidates outside New York or San Francisco may receive a location-based pay adjustment.

What you will do

• Own the finance and revenue systems architecture and integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Bill.com, card programs, and the data warehouse.
• Co-build billing logic for ramps and payments, including partner fee schedules, markups, revenue splits, and monthly partner settlements.
• Build reconciliation and alerting systems that match platform transactions, partner statements, bank and on-chain activity, and the ledger; surface subsidy, float, deposit, refund, and settlement issues.
• Own Salesforce data standards, account ownership, HubSpot synchronization, pipeline reporting, deal approvals, and pricing guardrails.
• Produce payment, revenue, retention, churn, pipeline, customer health, transaction success, refund, and settlement metrics; administer sales commissions from Salesforce and billing data.
• Automate recurring non-payroll close work and build AI-assisted workflows for AP intake, coding, payment matching, and collections.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance operations, finance systems, or billing at a payments or fintech company; payments experience is required.
• Experience shipping integrations and data pipelines, including Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Experience building revenue metrics and administering sales commissions.
• Experience writing requirements with engineering teams and taking them through to production.
