Finance Systems Manager (NetSuite)

Location: Canada (Remote); EST working hours; in-person onboarding required.

Salary: 145,000–175,000 CAD annually, plus Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, customize, maintain, and troubleshoot NetSuite and other finance business systems, including Financial, Advanced Revenue Management, and Zone billing modules.
• Develop and maintain workflows, custom fields, scripts, integrations, access controls, segregation-of-duties reviews, financial structures, ticketing processes, and change-management controls.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with ITGC, SDLC, SOC, ISO, and SOX requirements, while providing end-user training and support.
• Manage finance transformation projects across the order-to-cash cycle, including CRM, contracts, CPQ, orders, revenue recognition, billing, credit, collections, disputes, and cash application.
• Gather requirements and implement solutions with Sales, Legal, Engineering, Finance, IT, Sales Operations, and Business Applications teams.
• Create NetSuite and Grafana dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable finance insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience as a Finance Systems Administrator working with NetSuite and financial systems such as Zip, Avalara, and Expensify.
• Hands-on IT support experience troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues.
• Experience with NetSuite data migration, data mapping, data integration, Advanced Revenue Management, Zone and Company billing modules, and Salesforce integration.
• Administrator-level knowledge of privileged access, content groups, multiple charts of accounts, dynamic approval chains, custom objects, tax codes, tolerances, custom workflows, supplier configuration, and report building.
• Knowledge of ITGCs and experience working in SOC-, ISO-, and SOX-compliant environments.
• Experience integrating accounting systems with Salesforce or SFDC, ideally including CPQ, and advanced experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management.
• Experience with project management concepts and tools such as GitHub, Monday.com, and Miro.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills, with knowledge of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes.
