Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Jonesboro, Arkansas, United States; second shift consists of 10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday, with overtime as needed to meet customer demand.

What you will do

• Organize and allocate personnel, equipment, and other resources to meet production targets efficiently.
• Lead capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned production unit or line.
• Ensure production volume, conforming product, on-time delivery, quality, budgeted cost, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Identify production-area deficiencies, propose improvement activities, and oversee implementation.
• Coordinate resolution of critical product and equipment issues with relevant internal teams.
• Lead, develop, motivate, and communicate with production employees while managing organizational changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Computer literacy, including the ability to develop, analyze, and present computer-generated data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States is required.
