Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Forest Park, GA, USA (West Facility); on-site. Rotating 12-hour shifts, alternating between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM; the plant operates seven days a week.

Salary range: $75,800–$170,100 annually, depending on the applicable U.S. labor-cost zone and job-related factors. The role is also eligible for participation in incentive plans.

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing operations and coordinate production resources during the assigned shift.
• Drive safety, quality, production output, OEE, cost, raw-material management, and employee-development targets.
• Maintain process priorities and daily management systems, track follow-up actions, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement and operational sustainability initiatives, including centerlines, Clean, Inspect, Lubricate activities, and abnormality tracking.
• Lead and develop a production crew of approximately 20 full-time employees, plus contingent workers as needed, through coaching, feedback, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with Process, Distribution, Maintenance, Security, HR, and leadership teams to maintain production continuity and execute plant priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operational management or production supervision.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Technical experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and organizational levels.
• Experience facilitating teams, building consensus, and engaging stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while balancing safety, quality, productivity, and people development.
• Willingness and ability to work a rotating schedule of 12-hour day and night shifts in a plant operating seven days a week.
