UX Designer

Location: On-site in Loveland, Colorado, United States.

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Prioritize UX work across the product-development lifecycle with designers, researchers, program managers, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Translate technical, business, and user requirements into information architecture, interaction models, and user-interface designs.
• Create and refine concepts and prototypes reflecting customer workflows, operating environments, and connected products.
• Facilitate design reviews, gather actionable feedback, and iterate designs based on user and stakeholder input.
• Partner with UX researchers to turn customer feedback and research findings into product design decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, visual communications, human-computer interaction, or another relevant design discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in UX, product design, UI design, or prototyping.
• Professional experience using Figma.
• Experience applying user-centered design methods and translating user, technical, and business requirements into digital-product designs.
