UX Designer III, Global Technology

Location: On-site in the greater Seattle, Washington area, with placement at Downtown Seattle, Federal Way, Lynnwood, or Bellevue (Factoria). Candidates must be local or willing to relocate; relocation assistance is not offered.

Base salary: $124,000–$186,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead UX design efforts for complex workflows, features, enterprise applications, and digital products from discovery through implementation.
• Plan user research, synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings, validate assumptions, and translate insights into design direction.
• Create interaction designs, information architectures, workflows, prototypes, specifications, and accessible visual experiences.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Management, engineering, stakeholders, and designers through workshops and design reviews.
• Contribute reusable components and scalable patterns to the design system while reducing one-off solutions.
• Mentor less experienced designers, lead small initiatives, and improve design standards, documentation, and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Product Design, Psychology, Information Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading UX design for complex features, workflows, or products, including research, usability validation, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Experience working closely with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and contributing to design systems or scalable UX practices.
• Advanced understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience creating prototypes with modern design tools, including Figma, and leveraging AI in the design process.
• Must be eligible to work lawfully in the United States immediately; U.S. work authorization sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, complex operational domains, or enterprise software.
• Advanced Figma skills with variables, tokens, interactive prototyping, and implementation-ready documentation.
• Experience leading initiatives, designing data visualizations or dashboards, and representing design with partner teams.
