HR Generalist (Manufacturing)

Location: Henrico, Virginia, United States; onsite

Salary: $73,800–$101,500 annual base pay

The Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment is planned to spin off into Axiom, focused on power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

What you will do

• Implement HR programs and advise site management and managers on talent needs, workforce planning, employee engagement, policies, labor laws, and business priorities.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, orientation, annual reflection, merit processes, separations, and exits.
• Develop local recruiting programs and budgets, build external talent networks, and coordinate participation in job fairs, schools, and community organizations.
• Investigate policy and labor-law violations, resolve employee-relations issues, and counsel management on policy interpretation and legal awareness.
• Partner with Total Rewards on compensation and benefits, administer local benefit programs, and ensure regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Support site and corporate projects, change management, HR Centers of Excellence initiatives, employee communications, sustainability initiatives, and employee events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in a human resources-related function.
• 3–5 years of human resources or related experience.
• Advanced experience and skills in assigned HR functions.
• Advanced or thorough knowledge of the HR function and Flex business.
• Ability to communicate with all organizational levels, from production associates through executives.
• Ability to respond to customer complaints, employee issues, and regulatory agency inquiries.
